Terms of Service
The rules that govern our work together. Written in plain English, not lawyer-speak.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any service, product, website or platform operated by 360Patel ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
360Patel provides AI development, SaaS engineering, mobile apps, automation, branding, growth, cyber security, EdTech, virtual experience and digital transformation services. Scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Payment & invoicing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are payable in INR via bank transfer, UPI or invoice link within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments incur 1.5% interest per month. All taxes (GST, TDS) are payable in addition to fees per Indian law.
4. Intellectual property
Work product created exclusively for the client under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. 360Patel retains rights to its pre-existing IP, frameworks, internal tooling and the right to reference the work in case studies and portfolios.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information (technical, commercial, strategic) shared during the engagement private. NDAs are available on request before sharing sensitive material.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to build or distribute anything that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, generates misleading content, harms minors, or violates Indian IT Act, DPDP Act 2023, or any applicable law.
7. Warranties & liability
Services are provided "as is" with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360Patel's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Sections on IP, confidentiality and liability survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
